📄 Order Process

Once the order is placed, the item is reserved and sent for production. Production time is approximately 10-15 business days, excluding weekends, and public holidays.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

After the order is prepared, delivery will take 1–3 business days within Kuwait.

✦ Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests are accepted only before production begins. Only store credit may be issued. No cash refunds.

🔁 Exchange & Returns

Returns, refund, or exchanges are not accepted, unless the item is received damaged, or not as described. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all tags intact.

📏 Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Urban Deem provides size guidance upon request; however, the final decision remains the customer’s responsibility.
